Terms of service
Last updated: 10 October 2026
1. Seller
These terms apply to purchases from the online store khanagha.eu, operated by Elvin Mammadzada, trading as Khanagha, a sole trader (OSVČ) registered in the Czech Trade Register (Khanagha is a trading name, not a separate legal entity), IČO 19100752, registered address Šimáčkova 1379/4, Holešovice, 170 00 Praha 7, Czech Republic, email khanaghaeu@gmail.com.
2. Placing an order and the contract
Product listings on khanagha.eu are an invitation to make an offer. When you place an order, you make an offer to buy the products in your cart. The contract is formed when we confirm your order by email. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item turns out to be unavailable; in that case we'll let you know and refund any payment already taken. The contract can be concluded in English or Czech, and we store a record of your order.
3. Prices and payment
All prices shown are final. The seller is not registered for VAT in the Czech Republic, and no VAT is added at checkout. Prices are set in Czech koruna (CZK) and may be shown in your local currency. Shipping costs are shown before you pay. Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments. Available methods are shown at checkout and may vary by country, currency, device and eligibility; they may include cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, UnionPay), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and Klarna. Discounts apply as described at checkout and can't be combined unless stated.
4. Delivery
Delivery destinations, costs and times are set out in our Shipping policy. Ownership of the goods and the risk of loss or damage pass to you when you, or a person you name (other than the carrier), receive them. If you instruct us to use a carrier we didn't offer, the risk passes when the goods are handed to that carrier.
5. Right of withdrawal
Consumers may withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, as described in our Return and refund policy.
6. Defective goods and complaints
Your statutory rights under the Czech Civil Code apply. You can claim defects within 24 months of receipt. How to make a complaint is described in our Return and refund policy.
7. Our products
Our products are handmade from genuine leather. Small differences in colour, grain and texture between individual pieces, and between products and their photos, are natural and are not defects.
8. Out-of-court dispute resolution
If we can't resolve a complaint together, consumers can turn to the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce, ČOI), Gorazdova 1969/24, 120 00 Praha 2, Czech Republic, coi.gov.cz (English: coi.gov.cz/en), email podatelna@coi.gov.cz, which handles out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes. The former EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025. Consumers in other EU countries can also contact the European Consumer Centre in their country.
9. Personal data
We process personal data as described in our Privacy policy.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by Czech law. If you are a consumer living in another country, this doesn't take away the protection given to you by the mandatory laws of that country.
11. Mandatory consumer protections
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any liability or consumer right that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version in effect when you place your order applies to that order.
