Refund policy

Cancelling an order

You can cancel your order free of charge at any time before it is dispatched.

Your 14-day right of withdrawal (Czech Republic and EU consumers)

If you are a consumer, you can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. The 14 days start on the day you, or a person you name (other than the carrier), receive the goods. If your order arrives in several parcels, they start when you receive the last one. If the last day falls on a weekend or public holiday, the period is extended to the next business day.

How to withdraw

Before the 14 days end, let us know clearly that you are withdrawing: use "Return or cancel an order" in the site footer or your customer account, or email khanaghaeu@gmail.com with your name, your order number and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw. You don't need to give a reason. You can use the model withdrawal form at the end of this policy, but you don't have to.

Returns from outside the EU

If you order from outside the European Union, we offer the same 14-day return option on the same terms, as a voluntary store policy. This doesn't reduce any stronger mandatory consumer rights you have under the law of your own country.

Exceptions

Czech and EU law exclude some categories of goods from the right of withdrawal (for example, personalised or made-to-order items). Our current range is ready-made leather goods, so none of these exceptions currently apply.

Sending the item back

Send the goods back without undue delay, and no later than 14 days after telling us you are withdrawing, to:

For ordinary (change-of-mind) returns, you pay the cost of sending the item back. Please use secure packaging and keep proof of postage.

You may open and examine your item as you could in a shop, to check what it is, how it feels and how it works. We don't require an item to be completely unused, but handling beyond what is needed to check it (for example, visible signs of use or wear) may reduce the amount we refund, reflecting the loss in value.

Refunds

We refund all payments received from you, including the original standard delivery cost, without undue delay and within 14 days of receiving your notice of withdrawal. If you chose a delivery option more expensive than our cheapest standard delivery, we don't refund the difference. We refund using the payment method you used, unless you expressly agree otherwise, and you won't pay any fees for the refund. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods back or you show us proof that you have sent them, whichever happens first. We don't charge a restocking fee (0%).

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items (complaints)

Returns of faulty, damaged-on-arrival or incorrect items are handled separately from ordinary returns. This is your statutory right that goods must conform to your order and be free from defects at delivery; it applies for 24 months from receipt. We don't offer any additional commercial guarantee beyond what the law provides.

Please email khanaghaeu@gmail.com before sending anything back, with your name, order number, a description of the problem and photos where needed. We'll confirm we've received it and tell you how to send the item. We cover the reasonable cost of returning a faulty, damaged or incorrect item. If goods don't conform, you're generally entitled to have this put right – through repair or replacement in the first instance, and in some cases a price reduction or cancellation of the purchase. A complaint must be resolved within the maximum period set by law.

Natural variations in the grain, colour and texture of genuine leather, and the patina that develops with use, are part of the product's character and are not defects.
